ONLINE ORDERING:

To order a product click the blue "ADD TO ORDER" or "ORDER" button on any product page. (If you do not see these buttons click here). Then enter any requested information such as size or color choice. If you would like to look at more products or add another product to your order click the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" or "PRODUCTS" button. You may check your order at any time, and change item quantity or delete items by clicking the "VIEW ORDER" button. When you are ready to place your order, click the "VIEW ORDER" button to confirm your order contents, and then the "CHECKOUT" button. The order form becomes 100% secure at checkout, before you are asked for any shipping or payment information.

You will receive a message when your order is complete - this can take a minute or so to verify credit card information. You will also be sent an automatic e-mail confirmation immediately after placing your order.  For shipping info see below.

E-MAIL ADDRESSES/COMMUNICATION:

Please provide an email address that can be used for communication BOTH ways. If you contact us regarding an order, please use this SAME email address, or reference this address in the message. Watch out for SPAM or junk email filters or software that may block our messages. We DO NOT reply to messages sent by SPAM filters or submit "allowed sender" requests. We DO NOT attempt further contact if an email is rejected or "undeliverable" etc. In many cases these "reply" messages are indistinguishable from the junk email that floods our system. Our email system will send an auto-response to every message received. We do not manually send these, the server does this automatically and within a few seconds.   You can confirm if your email receives our messages by sending a blank email to us, but make sure the email address chosen by your software is the same as the one you use for the order. Please reference your order# if possible in all emails.   Email messages may take up to 3 business days to be opened by our staff and/or receive a reply, occasionaly we may not respond due to error. We ask that you wait at least 3 days but no more then 7 if you DO NOT get an immediate response to an email or phone message before inquiring again.

Any company doing business with Champion Canine Designs (such as shipping services) that may have access to your email address must give us a 100% guaranteee that all information will remain confidential. In addition to order confirmations, shipping noticification.and any questions we may hve regarding you order, we send all of our customers a copy of our Champion Canine Designs email newsletter and/or printed catalog by mail. We honor all requests to not receive further promotions. We apppreciate your repeat business, but unlike many internet/mail order businesses, we send a maximum of 12 newsletters per calendar year, (and usually only 3-6), so you will not be annoyed with constant promotions from us.

CREDIT CARDS:

Champion Canine Designs offers secure online ordering with credit card processing through Authorize.net.  Your order form becomes 100% secure at "checkout".

As we use the Address Verification System (AVS) for security with credit cards, please make sure that your "Billing Address" matches the address shown on your credit card statement exactly, The "Shipping Address" can be different. If you have recently move or changed your address, the AVS system may reject your biling address, you may want to contact us and provide your OLD billing address as well.

With some occasional exceptions orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days after we charge your card. Shipping time will vary by order and location - see below.

CHECK & MONEY ORDERS:

If you prefer to mail us a check or money order, please fill out our online order form (if possible) and select "check" for payment option, then print final invoice and send with payment to the address below. You may just write to us if you prefer, including the product codes, prices, ship[ping charge (see "shipping" below), color/size selection, phone and/or email, and shipping address. Allow at least 2-3 weeks for us to process mail-in orders, you may call or email at this time for order status.

SHIPPING:

Shipping charges are only $5.45 on any order up to $40, $7.25 on orders $41-$100, and $9.75 on orders over $100 - regardless of weight! (residential or commercial continental US only - AK, HI, US Military Bases & PO Boxes may be somewhat higher based on weight - we may contact you within 3 business days to confirm additional shipping charges (smaller products may be sent with no additional charges).

Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for standard shipping. Some orders may take longer, we do not generally "guarantee" shipping times unless special arrangements are made for expedited shipping. We package or assemble some orders in our warehouse,and it can take a few extra days sometimes. In some cases we MAY be able to expedite your order delivery for a small extra charge, or upgrade to 1-2 day Express Mail (extra charges apply), please contact us for more info. If you need the order for a trip or event, if possible please do not wait until the last day or 2 before you need the order before inquiring.

Domestic orders are usually shipped by US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation/Email Notification. Please provide a US Mail deliverable address if possible. UPS/FED-EX only addresses may cause shipment delays.

Due to high demand and limited production, some items may be back-ordered and not available for immediate shipment. If an item is back-ordered you will receive a notice, usually within 3 business days, stating the approximate date when we expect the product to be back in stock. As we must wait for suppliers to send us mateiials, and production lead times back-order dates are only an estimate and not a guarantee that we will receive the merchandise that day. Sometimes back-ordered product can be delayed for additional weeks or, in rare cases, months, or even discontinued. We will generally not charge your credit card until we are ready (within 3 business days) to ship your order. In some cases we will split orders into separate shipments in the event of a back-order.You will not be charged extra shipping without your prior approval.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by delayed shipments. In order to provide a large selection of unusual items at reasonable prices, we do not have large inventories of every product. The most popular items are also prone to run out of stock during peak business seasons (holidays, summer). We do not try to "compete" with internet retailers for customer service speed and fast shipping times. Our factory-direct concept is a little different, with an emphasis on unique, specialized products, not competing for the fastest shipping or lowest price on a product that every company is selling. For other countries, US Global Priority Mail or UPS Standard is available from only $6.95 for delivery on most orders to Canada, Mexico, and most countries in South America and Europe, with other regions slightly higher. If you would like to place an international order just select the standard USA shipping option. We will then contact you by e-mail and inform you of the shipping cost for your approval.

30 Day Return & Exchange Policy: If you are not satisfied with a Champion product, you may send it back to us within 30 days of delivery, and we will refund your entire purchase price or exchange for another product at your request. If you would like to exchange for another product, color or size etc.,just write us a note explaining this. Please return products clean and undamaged in original packaging. Champion will repair or replace with same or equivalent product if a product breaks or ceases to function properly due to a manufacturerers's defect appearing during normal wear/usage.
